Very little, except for their general unpopularity. That unpopularity is worth keeping in mind as we consider the current presidential administration\u2019s legal due process shortcuts in dealing with these two groups. Until recently that question would have seemed laughable. Today the U.S. Supreme Court isn\u2019t laughing.
